HOW CAN I BUY CREDITS?
Complete a online request and choose your desired SMS package, we will send you a invoice. Once payment is received we will allocate the applicable SMS credits to your account.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
Payment can be made via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Our bank account details can be found on your invoice.
HOW DO I LOG IN?
On our website in the top right-hand side of the screen you will see that you can select “BULK SMS LOGIN” and enter your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’. Enter the username and password you chose when opening your SMS Messenger account and click ‘Sign in’ to access your account home page. Please remember that when you type in your account details your username and password are case sensitive.
WILL MY SMS CREDITS EXPIRE?
No, your credits will never expire on active accounts.
WILL I BE ABLE TO REPLY TO A MESSAGE SENT TO MY PHONE?
Yes. All message recipients are able to reply via SMS, but a call cannot be made to the Sender ID.
WHAT IS THE COST OF A REPLY SMS?
Standard Rates apply and therefore is dependent on the network.
CAN WE AUTOMATE SMS SENDING FROM OUR SIDE?
