WHERE IS MY WEBSITE HOSTED?

All content we create will live on our servers. However, if at any time you wish to move to a new supplier or host, we will package up your site at no cost to send to the supplier. At that time, we will no longer be able to support your site. Our web hosting provider is Xneelo (previously Hetzner).

 

HOW IS MY CONTENT BACKED UP?
Incremental backups are processed daily. This means that you can access the most recent backup of your website content in the control panel and by using the restoration tool and selecting the time-stamp of the backup you wish to restore. These backups are kept for 2 weeks.

WILL YOU PROVIDE A FULL COPY/BACKUP OF OUR CONTENT IF REQUESTED?
Yes, at no cost. You own all content and if requested we will provide a one-time full backup of your website. If additional backups are needed there is a minimal cost for additional backups.

WHAT ABOUT UPTIME?
We are able to offer an uptime guarantee that is greater than 99.9%, which is Xneelo’s standard uptime guarantee.

CAN YOU REGISTER MY DOMAIN NAME?
Yes, we will register/reserve your desired domain name for you. We can add a hosting package to that, if you choose, in order for you to launch a new website and/or some email addresses. Contact us for pricing.
